Harry Gilligan

Harry Gilligan helps people and their organizations connect with the best that is within them, to maximize their working potential. He has over 20 years of consulting experience specific to leadership and management issues.

Harry, a graduate of the University of Colorado, with a master's degree in communication from Michigan State University, is also a masterful speaker at seminars and executive briefings. He holds briefings on topics of critical importance to business owners, and addresses thousands of men and women each year at seminars covering a wide range of personal and professional development topics.

Ray Smalley

An accomplished executive, Mr. Smalley has led the management team as President or General Manager for companies that include manufacturing, service and construction, from $3 to 50 million in size. In each case he achieved outstanding increases in sales and profits in very mature or declining markets, including turnaround situations. He is able to provide leadership for all levels of the organization and effectively manage change.

Mr. Smalley is an expert in the area of business troubleshooting, strategy and business planning.

He graduated with the top award in his engineering class and graduated from Honeywell's internal Executive Management program presented by Harvard Business School.
